You pay $299 once from your credit and get full access to the Journal and all current Indicators, every future Journal feature at no additional cost, GEX auto-tagging included when it launches (on every other plan it will be a monthly add-on), and all standard updates, with no recurring subscription fees. New products that are separate from the Journal are not included and may be offered separately. Lifetime means for the lifetime of the service, as set out in our Terms. Already on Pro or a trial? Pioneer replaces it, and nothing renews after.
Public prices may increase. Your Pro price stays fixed while you renew without interruption. If your subscription lapses, the current price applies when you return. Pioneer is a one-time payment.
Enter an affiliate's code when creating your account to access Pro free of charge for the trial period. You won’t be charged when it ends.
Your account reverts to Basic. Your journal, trades and notes remain, but syncing, auto-tagging, analytics and performance pause. The 500-trade limit applies. Restart Pro to restore these features and sync available historical trades.
Top up your USD-denominated balance with USDC or USDT. Subscription renewals are deducted monthly. Credit never expires and can only be used on 11xlab.

Deposits are credited once the transaction receives the required on-chain confirmations. Confirmation times vary by network. After confirmation, credit is generally applied within one (1) minute, but delays may occur.
If your credit does not appear, enter your transaction ID (TXID) in the form on the Billing page. If the issue persists, contact Support via email or Discord ticket.

Sign a free message to verify wallet ownership. Deposits from linked wallets are credited automatically, with no checkout or minimum amount. Exchange withdrawals cannot be linked because the exchange initiates the transfer.
With auto-renew enabled, any subscription renews monthly using your credit. If your balance is insufficient, the subscription continues for a three-day grace period before ending. Your data is retained.
Customers may request a refund of unused purchased credit within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original deposit date. Eligible refunds will be issued in USDC, less a 10% cryptocurrency refund processing fee, to the original wallet address from which the deposit was received. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our Support team via email or by opening a support ticket in our official Discord server.
Credit usage is applied against the customer’s originally purchased credit balance before any promotional or bonus credit is applied. Refunds are limited to the eligible, unspent portion of the original purchased credit, subject to the terms of this policy.
Bonus, promotional, or otherwise complimentary credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Upon processing a refund, all bonus or promotional credit associated with the refunded deposit will be revoked. Any purchases or services consumed using bonus or promotional credit will be deducted from the refundable balance, where applicable.
Credit used to pay for a monthly subscription period or services already provided is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. No refund will be issued for any portion of a subscription period that has already been consumed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
This Refund Policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
