Who we are
11XLAB is a trade journal and analytics service at https://11xlab.trade. It helps you review your own trades. It is software — not a broker, exchange, prop firm, or investment adviser.
What the service is
11XLAB keeps a journal of your trades: ones you add by hand or CSV, and closed trades synced from supported venues using read-only API keys or public wallet addresses you provide. It computes journal metrics so you can study your own history.
- We do not execute trades, hold trading funds, or hold custody of exchange balances.
- We do not operate or sell funded prop trading, challenge accounts, or payout programs.
- We do not provide investment, trading, or tax advice, signals, or “how to profit” coaching.
- We do not transmit money between users or act as a broker or exchange.
Your account
You can register with email, Google, or a 12-word recovery phrase (private mode).
You are responsible for keeping credentials safe. In private mode we never see your email or IP — if you lose the phrase, the account cannot be restored.
You must be at least 18 years old to use 11XLAB.
Pro and cancellation
Pro is a monthly subscription paid from your account credit. The price is shown in the app before you pay. If we raise the price you pay, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
Turn auto-renew off under Billing at any time. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. A period that has started is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
EU right of withdrawal: EU law generally gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from an online service. By starting Pro and using its paid features, you ask us to start right away and accept that you lose that right once the service has begun, as far as the law allows.
Pioneer — Lifetime
Pioneer is a one-time purchase paid from your account credit. It includes the Journal, all Indicators available at the time of purchase, all features later added to the Journal, and standard product updates, with no recurring subscription fee.
New products on the platform that are separate from the Journal are not part of Pioneer and may be offered separately. Pioneer is personal to the account that bought it and cannot be transferred. The EU right of withdrawal above applies to Pioneer in the same way as to Pro. “Lifetime” has the meaning given under Lifetime access below.
Crypto credit
Crypto top-ups are added to your account as credit in US dollars, for the amount that actually arrives on-chain. Credit can only be spent on 11XLAB. It is not money, earns no interest, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and does not expire.
With auto-renew on, Pro renews from your credit each month. If your credit runs short, Pro ends after a short grace period. Your data is kept.
Refunds: unspent credit you paid in is refunded in USDC, minus a 10% refund fee, to the wallet it came from, if you ask within 14 days of the deposit. Spending comes out of the credit you paid in first, and bonus credit is not paid out: asking for a refund gives up any bonus left. Email support@11xlab.trade or open a ticket in our Discord to ask. We may refuse or delay a refund where we suspect fraud or the law requires it.
Tokens or networks other than those shown at deposit may be unrecoverable. If a deposit does not show up, email us the transaction hash.
Prohibited use
- No storing or processing third parties’ data without their consent.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the service.
- No account sharing.
- No use if you are sanctioned or in a jurisdiction where this service is unlawful.
Data & privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
No financial advice
Nothing in the app is financial or investment advice. Tags and scores are descriptive of your past trades only. Futures and crypto trading involve substantial risk of loss.
Availability & liability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for claims arising from the service is limited to fees paid for 11XLAB in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed trades.
Lifetime access. Wherever we describe access as “lifetime” (including Pioneer — Lifetime), it means access for the lifetime of the service: for as long as 11XLAB operates the service concerned. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever, and not access for the lifetime of the buyer. Features may change over time as the product develops. If we stop operating the service, lifetime access ends with it; we will give reasonable notice where we can and let you export your journal data.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory Slovenian or EU consumer law.
Termination
You can request account deletion anytime. We remove associated personal data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention (e.g. invoices).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Consumers in the EU may also benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes: courts of Ljubljana, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
