Who we are

11xlab.trade (“11xLab”, “we”, “us”) is a trade journal and analytics service for cryptocurrency perpetual futures traders, delivered at https://11xlab.trade.

11xLab is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change without notice during the beta period.

What the service does

11xLab syncs your closed trades from supported exchanges (Hyperliquid, Bitunix, MEXC, Blofin, Phemex, and others) using read-only API keys or public wallet addresses that you provide. We compute performance metrics (P&L, win rate, R:R, discipline, drawdown, etc.) and let you tag, review, and study your trades.

We do not execute trades, hold your funds, or provide investment advice. You retain full control of your exchange accounts at all times.

Your account

You can register with an email address, a Google account, or by generating a 12-word recovery phrase (private mode). Both paths require a valid signup code during the beta period.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. In private mode, we never see your email or IP address — but if you lose your recovery phrase, your account cannot be restored. This is by design.

You must be at least 18 years old to use 11xLab.

Beta pricing and refunds

During beta, 11xLab Pro is $19/month, payable via card (through Stripe) or cryptocurrency (through Atlos). Prices may change; existing subscribers stay on their original price for at least 30 days after any announced change.

Refunds: we refund the first month for any reason if requested within 7 days of the first payment. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds. Crypto payments are non-refundable in the original cryptocurrency; refund requests approved after a crypto payment are settled in USDC at the exchange rate on the day of the refund.

Prohibited use

• You may not use the service to store or process data belonging to third parties without their consent.
• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to overload the service.
• You may not share your account (one signup code = one account).
• You may not use 11xLab if you are subject to international sanctions or reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Data & privacy

Your trade data and account information are governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell or share your data, we do not log IPs in private mode, and we never see or handle your exchange trading keys beyond fetching your trade history.

No financial advice

11xLab is a journal and analytics tool. Nothing shown in the app constitutes financial or investment advice. Auto-generated tags, statistics, and trader-profile scores are computed from your own historical trades and are not recommendations for future action. Trading cryptocurrency futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. During beta, outages, data-sync delays, and short maintenance windows may occur without notice. We will not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of 11xLab is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or missed trades.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email (or in-app for private-mode users) at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana.
